
Introduction
I am a BSc Marketing student at University of Northampton and taking part in the planning and executing a marketing campaign for Red Bull Basement. The main aim of this project is to learn how to plan and execute marketing communications by using a variety of tools and techniques and working with others to achieve effective marketing communications goals.
I have been working collaboratively with other two team members on generating ideas for a pitch, idea developing and preparing to pitch which eventually leads to picking the best content creation idea that responds to the client’s expectations and is aligned with the brand’s identity and values.
We aim to develop skills in creating USG content by storytelling, practice presenting skills in preparation to pitching. Also, some technical skills when using Insta360 cameras which will all help to create more effective content. Showing a real student perspective, more authentic video content can be produced on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, rather than polished advertisement.
